C&T Hungary Kft. has been working in Szeged since 1990 and in Budapest since 2000. Our two core businesses are congress and travelling management.

 

The main profile of our Congress Unit is conference, congress, symposium, road show and festival organisation. We have already organised and assisted over 500 events 80% of which focused on various fields of health care (haematology, surgery, transplantation, odontology and dental surgery, oncology, cardiology, balneology, etc). In the last couple of years we were also involved in organising cultural programmes and musical festivals thus widening our scope of activities and expertise.

 

We contract for full organisation and are happy to get involved in a particular phase of the organisation process. While our partners focus on the scientific or cultural programme, we complete every other task necessary for a successful and fruitful event, from preparation (first and second announcement, registration, webpage, catering and other services, accommodation, printing, sponsors, media coverage, etc) to onsite services (technical support, customer service, accounting, etc).

 

Our Travel Agency focuses mainly on incentive trips and study tours, which help our customers travelling to fairs, conferences and scientific meetings either alone or as a member of a group. Other services we offer are selling bus, aeroplane and railway tickets and related travel insurance packages, reserving accommodation and entrance tickets, selling package tours and holidays offers of partner agencies.

 

C&T Hungary is a patronised partner of the Hungarian Convention Bureau (HCB) and is a member of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). Our Travel Agency is a member of the International Air Travel Association (IATA) and it is supported by the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) as well. 

 

We lay special emphasis on quality assurance in both of our business units; we have been working according to the ISO9001 quality assurance system for years.
